Strategy
Recommended Army Composition: smokey Warriors
Walkthrough: Deploy your Warriors on the left side of the beach. Flare the Mortar and Smoke your Warriors. Then Flare the HQ, and throw some more Smoke. Shock the Rocket Launchers or Sniper Towers if you still have enough Gunboat Energy. Use a Medkit on your Warriors if you wish.
Alternate Strategy
Recommended Army Composition: Tanks, Grenadiers, and Medics
Walkthrough: Destroy the two Rocket Launchers near the Headquarters. Deploy only the Grenadiers and Medics on the left side of the beach. Allow them to destroy the Machine Guns, Supply Buildings, and Cannons. A rocket launcher should be firing on you, but the medics will out heal it; if they cannot, use Medkits whenever necessary. When the Machine Guns are destroyed, Flare your troops to the far left bottom corner, while deploying your Tanks. There should be a few cannons remaining; use a Shock Bomb. Once those are down, shock the middle Mortar and Sniper Tower. This should result in the whole row being shocked. When it is destroyed, flare your troops to the left of the HQ.
Second Alternate Strategy
Recommended Army Composition: Tanks and Medics (have good GBE, good Artillery and Barrage, and use at least 3 Landing Crafts of Medics)
Walkthrough: Use both Artillery and Barrage to destroy the five Cannons, and trigger the Boom Mine in front of the Supplies that lie in front of the Cannons. Deploy your troops on the left side and use Flares to help your troops flank left. As they approach the leftmost Sniper Towers and Mortars use Shock Bombs to stop them, and allow your Tanks to destroy these defenses. Once the leftmost Rocket Launcher, the three Sniper Towers directly on the south-west side of the HQ, and the two leftmost Mortars are destroyed, Flare back to the west side of the HQ, and all that's left firing on the Tanks would be the other 3 Rocket Launchers; with 3 boats of Medics they will be outhealed or do very minor damage. If all is done correctly the Tanks and Medics can defeat the base with no casualties.
