Summary
- Squad Leaders are special combat units that are occasionally available, and only one of each type can be assigned to a Landing Craft with certain types of troops. When in use, they will replace one unit in their squad and is the last to be deployed as they provide support with their own unique abilities and attributes.
- Landing Craft with Squad Leaders have independent Flares to direct their associated troops, which costs 2 Gunboat Energy and increases by 3 per use. Tapping on the Flag Icon will show all units that belong to this squad, and the Flare stays as long as said troops are moving towards it.
Trivia
- When first introduced, Squad Leader Flare costs would escalate exponentially, doubling after each use.
- The majority of all squad leaders don a shoulder plate with two gold chevrons, indicating they are all corporals.
