Summary

  • The Ninja-Zooka is a Squad Leader variant of the Zooka.
  • The Ninja-Zooka grants stealth to herself and all units in her squad, preventing many defenses from targeting them until they break stealth to fire, and will re-engage stealth if they do not attack or take damage for 2.5 seconds.

Visual Appearance

  • The Ninja-Zooka is similar in body structure to a normal Zooka, but is covered in full-body woodland camo, leaving only her eyes and fingers exposed. She has a shoulder plate with two chevrons on her right shoulder, and her left arm carries a large, steel rocket launcher also wrapped somewhat in camouflage.
  • The Ninja-Zooka's placeholder artwork sports a sleek, tactical appearance, fully covered in green camouflage with leafy textures, including dark green gloves and boots. Her face is partially covered with a headscarf, leaving only her eyes visible, however her eyes are closed. She wears a fitted, teal top with a green utility pouch slung across her shoulder, connected by a brown shoulder strap. On her waist is a green waist drape, covering the back of her thighs and calves. Like the Mooka, the right sleeve of her top contains two upward-pointing gold rank chevrons. She wields no weapon.

Offensive Strategy

  • Designed similarly to the Hidden Warrior, the Ninja-Zooka's stealth can be used to easily bypass enemy defenses, compensating for the Zookas' extreme fragility and poor mobility. Being a Squad Leader, they can possibly sneak to a more vulnerable part of the base while the rest distract remaining defenses, creating an opening for them to exploit.

Defensive Strategy

  • he S.I.M.O. ignores stealth and can easily pick off stealthed Zookas, though it isn't the only counter, as stealth functions akin to Smoke Screens. It will not affect Mines nor attacks fired before they enter stealth (specifically those with large areas of effect, such as Shock Launchers), and when exposed, they are no stronger than normal Zookas.
